We offer flexible pick-up and delivery services to suit your needs. Our standard shipping option is available, and we also provide same-day pick-up and delivery subject to availability. For urgent or time-sensitive shipments, please contact us in advance to confirm same-day availability on Instagram @wearsolea.

Outside Metro Manila: 5-15 working days
Note: All orders are currently shipped out from the Philippines.

Return Policy
Return Policy
Our return policy only applies to any item(s) purchased online and delivered in the Philippines within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your item(s) is defective or wrong, email us at orders@wearsolea.com or DM us on Instagram @wearsolea with the subject title: Return Request – [Your Order Number]. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.
Return Condition
All items must be returned in original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and attached tickets. Items worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Returns are free if the product you received is incorrect or defective. If the return is for any other reason, the return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection
All returned items will undergo a final inspection to confirm they meet the above conditions. Only items in their original condition will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Gift With Purchase (GWP)
If your order included a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after a return, the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned, the customer will incur charges equal to the market value of the GWP.

Clean Regularly

Our leather is water-resistant but not waterproof. Avoid heavy rain or prolonged exposure to water, and gently blot any moisture with a dry cloth if it gets wet.
Condition Occasionally
Our leather benefits from occasional conditioning. Use a specialized leather conditioner to keep it soft and flexible, preventing cracks or peeling.
Avoid Sharp Objects
Keep the bag away from sharp edges or rough surfaces that could cause snags or scratches.
Handle with Care
Always handle your bag gently to maintain its shape and appearance. Avoid overloading it with too much weight to prevent stretching or warping.
